Brewing tea in a Yixing teapot is a ritual of patience, balance, and appreciation.

Oolong Tea
Water Temperature: 95–100°C
Steeping Time: 10–20 seconds

Pu-erh Tea
Water Temperature: 95–100°C
Steeping Time: 15–30 seconds

Black Tea
Water Temperature: 90–95°C
Steeping Time: 15–25 seconds

Green Tea
Water Temperature: 75–85°C
Steeping Time: 5–15 seconds

Tips for better brewing:

• Always warm the teapot before brewing
• Use high-quality loose leaf tea
• Short infusions bring out layered flavors
• Repeat multiple infusions to experience changing aromas
